• I am working as a Project Manager where I manage a transformation of self service requests functionality into web based Angular front end. • I have worked as an application lead on Oracle ERP E-Business Suite - HRMS. • I have good aspects about the rules and techniques to manage Human Resources in any organization. • I have worked on a project with IBM Data Analytics experts to optimize counter shifts in the Airport using Data Science techniques with Decision optimization and simulator with Python (DOcplex, simpy,..). • I have written programs in Python to analyze traffic accidents in Qatar in daily,weekly, monthly and yearly basis. • I have written a model in Python to predict average accidents in weekly and monthly basis in Qatar. • I have participated in Hack the news Datathon with Data Science Society and Hamad Bin Khalifa University in Doha. (https://www.datasciencesociety.net/datathon) • I have written a model in Python to classify images in American Sign Language alphabets, each image represent an english alphabet (A-Z), sequence of images represent a word or a sentence, this project was offered in Kaggle website https://www.kaggle.com/grassknoted/asl-alphabet ) the project presentation is uploaded on youtube and the URL is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2W5QGtndXjg ) • I have worked on Oracle HCM cloud SaaS and mastered all the Implementation steps as well as tasks and task lists within the product. • I have solved a lot of Ministry of Interior HRMS complicated Issues with functional and technical solutions based on my Oracle HRMS experience. • I have made a big transition of stakeholders mind from rejecting Oracle HRMS implemented by an international implementer to accepting all of its functionalities by adding creative ideas to the application. • I have successfully extended the implementation to a new Human Resources rules for different type of employees transferred from Qatar Petroleum Company to Ministry of Interior maintaining their compensation and HR Rules in Qatar Petroleum.
