Independently handled all RuPay card transaction related customer disputes and Refund/ Cashback program. -Created a portal (in ASP .Net and MS SQL) for branch-staff use to enter the disputes of customers (charge-backs etc) in order to avoid time delays. -Independently handled all Regulatory Reporting generated through MS SQL queries and procedures. -Implemented various GOI schemes in CBS like PMSBY, PMJJBY, TDS, GST, demonetization etc.
