• Performed complete accounting cycle, analyzed, and reported revenues and expenses up to 8 million dollars monthly. • Analyzed and presented settlement report and developed innovative solutions to clear monthly settlements. • Identified and analyzed data-related errors, created solutions for 2,000 invoices weekly to prevent reoccurrence. • Collaborated with team and produced improvements to data systems, succeeded in a decrease of 2,000 invoices late payments. • Authored macro in Excel, discovered inconsistencies in invoice transfers between different software, and boosted weekly revenue by 500,000 dollars. • Developed SOP book and video to summarize, authored and published training materials, led informative trainings to new employees. • The position is temp-to-hire.
