Worked on two repositories: Zoom-Backend and Zoom-Ticketing - Developed and implemented VRN number capture logic for the Reliance onboarding project. - Implemented logic to fix issue where Ewaybill expiry was not revalidated by scheduler under specific conditions - Implemented logic to capture appointment time history for consignments in a new table for clients requiring performance metrics in MIS reports - Developed a logic system to capture requestor details for specific category-issue ticket combinations. - Implemented client code auto-population when a consignment number is provided by the user. - Created a location handler for the new business unit, Voice of Customer (VOC). - Fixed the auto-assignment logic for tickets related to VOC. - Enhanced the resolver group generation logic to handle VOC cases. - Implemented event mapping for VOC, allowing for the auto-closure of tickets when events are consumed. - Also served as Primary twice and Shadow once during Oncall and resolved more than 30 issues.

- Developed real-time vehicle detection and classification program - Custom-trained YOLOv4 model to identify 8 object classes: Car, Bus, Truck, Auto-Rickshaw, Van, Person, Bicycle, Motorcycle - Implemented non-maximum suppression (NMS) for post-processing using OpenCV
