Have done a 2-month internship in Talent Acquisition. Based on my performance, the company hired me. Handling end-to-end tech recruitment for clients. Involved in understanding the client's requirements and finding prospective candidates for suitable positions. Involved in recruiting including both Contract and Permanent Staffing. Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Zoho, Boolean Search and X-Ray search Conduct screening to evaluate candidates’ qualifications. Independently handling several requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other recruiters.
