Machine learning and Natural language processing : Fine-tuned and integrated a machine learning model for experience extraction, using spaCy and RoBERTa, Annotated training data. Configured and integrated machine learning models for extracting names and predicting gender from PDF metadata, utilizing tools like SVM(Support Vector Machine) and Hugging Face. Developed and integrated a BERT-based resume categorization model and enhanced entity extraction using spaCy NER for improved accuracy. Played a key role in integrating Large language models for entity recognition tasks, overseeing intern work and assessing AI model integration possibilities. Backend Development and API Management : Developed and maintained robust backend APIs (GET, POST, PATCH, DELETE) using Django, ensuring seamless database operations and deployment across staging and production environments. Created a minimal fastapi web app with sufficient codes to load ml models into memory. Implemented Gunicorn in FastAPI to handle high-traffic requests efficiently by optimizing worker configurations for better scalability. Proficient in working with Docker for containerized applications.
