Project managing from offshore for a UK non-profit organization who is migrating from inhouse application to Microsoft Dynamic 365 (CRM) including data migration of ~1.5 million users. • Managing staff of 30+ resources containing diverse skills and locations • Facilitating strategy & executing of iteration-based project plan, testing approach, project status tracking & reporting. • Planning and executing release strategies for route to live environments long with various test execution strategies. • Working closely with Product Owner to refine stories, grooming product backlog. • Collaborating with CRM, .NET and UI/UX teams to migrate existing and new functionality into new web-based application. • Executing all the scrum ceremonies such as scrum call, pre-/planning, review/demonstration, retrospective, while using Microsoft ADO to track work. • Resource management – onboarding, grooming, performance review/appraisal, offboarding. • Risk Management – preparing & owning risk register (RAID logs).
