Responsible of coordinating and helping organize design, R&D, services projects and products, assuring their alligment with the startup's interests. In this role I deal with team and budget allocation for the projects, conducting the negotiation of new contracts and partnerships from first contact until we reach an agreement, while also tracking the project progress during it's executing alogside the responsible scrum master.

Associate at the junior company (non-profit organization composed by undergraduate students) where I worked as Scrum Master and Software Engineer for two years, being elected Project Director for a 6 month period where I was responsible of overseeing all projects and negotiating new contracts and partnerships.
