Participation in a big data classification task for Marketing project of Société Générale Bank Mission: - Using DataStage (beginner level) to extract the source data files - Use of the Control-M scheduler to launch the jobs respecting their order, job monitoring, incident handling in different environments (Development, Approval, Production) - Carrying out unit tests in the Development environment - Updating documents on networks for team using Github - Reporting of problems and solutions for incidents after processing by Ticket JUMP application - Use of FileZilla and PuTTY software to manage documents on the local and network server - Use of a JIRA web application for task management - Writing of operating instructions for irregular incidents - Participation in telephone meetings - Listenning and dealing the demandes from clients (processing of urgent client's resquests, client's feedback after a modification)
