➢ Responsible for maintaining, enhancing and developing code in C++ and C as per customer requirements in windows/Unix platforms. ➢ Experience in triaging the issues by recreating the issues and analyzing them using logs provided. ➢ Having experience in troubleshooting and resolving the complex issues reported by customer. ➢ Demonstrated ability to work effectively both within immediate team and cross-group to drive identification and resolution of issues to ship under tight deadlines. ➢ Worked on analyzing the core dumps to determine the issue. ➢ Experience in writing shell scripts. ➢ Experience in analyzing syslogs and os level logs in Solaris. ➢ Responsible for building the patches and perform unit testing and pushing the code to baseline. ➢ Responsible for investigating and fix software defects found by test / review team to ensure product quality. ➢ Experience in updating the security patches and creating bundles for the same. ➢ Worked on resolving security vulnerabilities that are detected from Qualys and Nessus scan. ➢ Writing knowledge based articles for known issues. ➢ Experience in Creating and tracking issues in Jira.
