- IMECO MACHINES was a new acquisition of ALCON Group and I was tasked with a few improvement projects. - Tuning the Key performance indicators of the sales team, translating numbers and making Marketing Reports. - Conceptualized and created an Excel costing model for "Machine Cost Estimation" that reduced the estimation time by nearly 20%. - Built a Google Data Studio Dashboard for the IMECO sales team. - Researched and modelled the client sectors for IMECO and compiled a list of prospective clients by scouting the different industry association's websites.

- Was involved in the technical due diligence and costing of industrial projects. Liaised with company executives and suppliers to acquire resources to move projects forward. - Monitored installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings and specifications. - Communicated with industrial equipment installers to deliver technical support throughout project execution.
