Diagnose complex problems in the applications through debugging and data analysis SQL and/or Excel and resolving the issues by creating SQL queries and writing SAS script. • Communicate the statistical analysis and solution to stakeholders with technical and non-technical knowledge along with sharing insights and recommendations to improve the performance of the application. • Prepare monthly performance metrics report and collaborate with the team to develop strategy for improvements. • Work in an agile environment to maintain the applications through ETL tool, and ensure operational efficiency by providing continuous analytical support for accounting and financial applications.
