Completed training on deep learning frameworks, UNet architectures, image segmentation and feature extraction. Developed a model for brain tumor segmentation and overall survival prediction of patients as part of the BRATS2020 challenge. Currently participated in the BRATS2024 challenge. Enhanced model performance through hyperparameter tuning, ensemble learning with pre-trained segmentation models and implementation of advanced loss functions. Gained expertise in metrics and evaluation techniques specific to semantic segmentation.
