Implemented many successful projects through the company ecosystem, for instance: - Improved our events platform's registration process using Redis to allow for higher throughput, registering over 3000 instructors in a matter of minutes. - Using the LTI standard, we provided an integration with The Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as an add-on to our membership system, with a 3.94% adoption rate. - Was a critical part of our emerging solutions team to reduce churn during the pandemic, resulting in some key achievements, such as integrating ZOOM into our class system for instructors to be able to teach online, and creating a live streaming platform that manages students and lets instructors get paid with Stripe and Paypal. - Have mentored coworkers on core competencies such as Domain-Driven Design and have onboarded new members.
