Decision Analytics ● Developed the Next Best Action (NBA) designer and created the strategies that combine predictive analytics and adaptive analytics to help make the next best action for the customer. ● Developed a DevOps pipeline to pull the production data to Sandbox and run the simulations to analyze the results of the Strategies, Predictive and Adaptive Models output before deploying to production. ● Designed a new intuitive workspace for users to work on decisioning based Pega rules – Prediction Studio. ● Implemented an API to create Data sets and Decision data records from the Pega Decision management-landing page. This resulted in 45% decrease in the overhead created while directly importing the datasets into models. Sandbox Application – Fast track Revision Management ● Redesigned the Sandbox architecture and developed an efficient method to deploy immediate changes from development to Production Environment. Employed a lightweight application – Fast track change request, over the base application to encapsulate the changes to be deployed to the production. Facial recognition-based employee monitoring system ● Developed an automated approach to supplant the existing employee monitoring system which required manual entry of data. ● Built a facial recognition-based monitoring system with emotion detector using haarcascade classifier and MobileNet model.
