• Study focus: Algorithms & Machine Learning • Masterthesis: "A Framework for Generation of Photorealistic Training Data for Machine Learning in Manufacturing Defects Detection Machine Vision Applications" - With the help of CAD data and the Unreal Engine, photorealistic images of components were generated and manufacturing tolerances were simulated. These images were then used to train a neural network, which was then able to recognise whether components were manufactured within the tolerance limits based on real images of components..
