Education

  • University of Pittsburgh

Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, BS•  June 2020 - Present

I am part of the computer and electrical engineering program. I have thus far been exposed to curriculum surrounding the design of linear and digital circuits, algorithm design for engineering applications in C++, and the general engineering degree requirements for mathematics, physics, chemistry, and English. I also am a member of the Pitt Robotics and Automation Society, where I contribute to their Indy Autonomous challenge project as a member of the perception sub-team. I also make administrative, planning, and mentoring contributions to the project when applicable.

  • Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh

    Computer Science, BS•  January 2020 - June 2020

For the spring semester of the 2020 calendar year I was cross enrolled at CMU via the PCHE(Pittsburgh Council for Higher Education) program. My home institution was the Community College of Allegheny County. I was specifically enrolled in CMU's 15-112 course, a rigorous introductory course focusing on the fundamentals of programming and computer science through the use of Python. Despite having much prior experience with the Python programming language, this course offered a very healthy challenge and certainly took my knowledge and skillset with the language to the next level.

  • Community College of Allegheny County

    Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, BS•  June 2017 - June 2020

At the Community College of Allegheny County I studied the curriculum required to transfer to the University of Pittsburgh's Swanson School of Engineering's computer and electrical engineering program. Along with my engineering curriculum, I took all the computer science courses available to me and spent most of my free time during those years working on personal electronics and computer science based projects.
