• Performed Development, Implementation, Customization, System Testing and Production support of the largest Amdocs Ensemble System (CSM) – over 20 Million customers. • Developed front-end interface for various applications of Amdocs Ensemble System (Customer Service Management, Price Plan, Reference Table) using Power Builder and back-end using C++, Shell scripting and PL/SQL. • Constructed High-Level Design covering the system architecture and database design of the CSM module arising from new functionality requested by the customer – Vodafone. • Analyzed existing applications for identifying bottlenecks and re-designed problematic areas thereby reducing defects counts by 16%. • Mentored new hires to help them speed up as a technical contributor and absorb the social and cultural norms. • Led daily status call for providing updates on the progress of the project to the customer. • Consistently recognized as an exceptional employee by the managers and clients and rewarded with multiple awards. Hackathon and Innovation Experience in Amdocs: • Participated in Hackathon where our team idea got published at https://priorart.ip.com/IPCOM/000245831. My role was to develop an algorithm for detecting all possible diseases from physiological parameters of the patient received via sensors by validating them against various sets of natural diseases and forming a search query to find a suitable medical practitioner. • Participated in "Call for Service Innovation" where our team developed a prototype to provide banking facilities using basic telecom service in the remote areas of the country with no internet connectivity. My role was to design a prototype of IVR based system to easily access banking services. • Participated in "Pi Challenge" where our team developed a portal to centralize all the account activates on a single platform. My role was to develop a flexible layout which can accommodate and help communicate all the account activates on a single screen.
