• Worked on O2A application. • Responsibility is to handle orders created by front end user(CRM), handling critical emails from clients. • Opening defects and fixing them with the concerned team • Actively involved in the design, architecture and development of data model and user interface objects • Worked on SLA tickets. Knowledge of Business Process Service, Order management System and Customer Relationship Management like Amdocs products – OMS, CRM, SRM, AR • Monitoring and resolving production file system and table space issues. • Enhancement of existing shell scripts. • Assisted tools team by providing them SQL blocks for order fall out automations. • Project analysis over SQL server environment.
