Role Overview: • Assembled and managed a team which developed a system (GroupID Insights) that collected, organized, and analyzed every permission to every object in order to understand exactly who has privileged access in Active Directory •Involved in strategy meetings with the product manager, sales and support teams which decided the course and development for new products • Liaised between multiple specialized teams including product management, engineering, design, technical writers and support team to deliver group/identity management products • Led the team that delivered three major releases of the “GroupID” product • Spearheaded the implementation of single-sign-on with SAML 2.0 and WS-Federation • Integrated company’s identity and group management solution utilizing such applications including: Microsoft Active Directory, Google Apps, Office 365, LDAP v3 and Digium Switchvox • Directed team which designed, developed and delivered a new cloud-based Active Directory health monitoring and reporting product • Managed Quality Assurance team that streamlined test automation, continuous integration and test scenario identification process Key Accomplishments: • Catapulted company performance index by 500% in multiple areas in product development by determining long-term issues and strategically creating solutions • Successfully reduced the testing cycle from 2 years to 6 months by developing and implementing automation system to ensure quality assurance and deliver exceptional workflow
