Worked in application development and management worked in the application development and management team (ADM), and responsibilities included collecting, interpreting, and analysing backend data using SQL (Teradata) and providing resolution and reports for issues to the client on time as per business requirements. Daily incident management SOPs and work on ageing incidents (SNOW) Create and deploy innovative new automation programmes. Built an automation to discover failed updates delivered by the user/client in the backend on a daily basis. This will reduce the number of issued tickets by around 10% each month. We work to ensure data integrity and consistency.
