My duties include help customers in the technical mainly focus on SIEM products (Splunk, QRadar SIEM, ArcSight) following by official documentation, prepare to upgrade the system that had improper functionalities plus vulnerabilities, and prioritize multiple requests or issues with standard SLA. Customer’s requests mostly are Event logs correctness with both log content and log collection referred by-products requirement. Sometimes I helped the Pre-sale team with the technical part of SIEM products during the PoC phase. The industries or sectors which I worked with include financial service and IT service in energy sector.
