Working as a program manager in this role, facilitated development and rollout of a modern service layer, replacing a legacy application that was not scalable to the global scale that Amazon attained. In modernizing HR processes through efficient use of technology, played important role in analyzing current pain points, led design of innovative solution landscape, where key solution components are designed as microservices, and implemented by vendors independently, while a centrally governed integration gateway maintains orchestration among different application components.

Being part of Wipro’s Global EA practice, worked as consulting architect providing IT architecture and strategic consulting services to various clients of WIPRO in USA and Canada. Working on engagements in the areas of process analysis, enterprise design, technology improvement, planning and road mapping, played important role in analyzing current solution landscapes, creating proposals for new integration and process enhancement, driving strategies for API driven integration, establishing architectural guidelines and managing delivery. As outcomes of such exercises at pre-sales stages, helped WIPRO create project plan involving the appropriate service lines and oversee first phases of program implementation in many instances, to ensure that architectural principals and guidelines are being followed appropriately.

Solutions Architect

Worked as a consulting architect at program level. In this role, provided high level architecture vision and solution design guidelines to multiple project teams, in order to ensure alignment of proposed initiative with the bank’s existing technology infrastructure, strategic direction and current business processes. The main responsibility in this role was to conduct several refinements of high-level strategic plan to support the bank meet its short to medium strategic goals and tactical steps to achieve the same. The activities included leading planning sessions, evaluating design approaches and vendor products, providing recommendation on service interfaces between various systems and ensure alignment of data model exchanged between these systems.

Worked in a lead role, supervising the team responsible for monitoring the policy gateway in production environment – took active part in triaging and troubleshooting incidents, communicating with peer portfolios to maintain transactional integrity and at the same time led efforts on operational enhancements to the gateway architecture.
