Working at Seller Platform. Integrating new features to enhance the easiness of creating a new product listing along with enhancing the customer experience at the web end. • Progressive quality check- - For reducing the overall listing QC TAT and also providing a better seller experience, bypassing Manual QC temporarily and making products live and allowing external criteria (such as PPV of product) to drive priority of manual QC for product. - Implementing a separate flow which notify seller about product state changes, allowing sellers to rectify details with primary attributes editable and making the product RFA(ready for activation) • Add variants on Live Products - Enabling seller to create variant on existing Flipkart FSN. - Cut down seller's listing creation endeavor by auto-populating the Draft (invariant attributes). Narrow down Listing Creation TAT by reducing manual QC effort by validating only the patch. Better customer experience by providing more variants under the same window.

Build many core features with complete automation for Paytm travel product- Flights. Currently working for airline Integration team under travel marketplace and responsible for designing and developing multivendor airline API aggregations. GDS System- Worked on development of core GDS application for integration of multiple airline provider including Amadeus and Travel-Port as major aggregator of flights for Paytm. Role involved designing of integration layer which interacts with Amadeus and Travel-Port web service to provide entire service in single transaction. Frequent-flyer Feature- Responsible for designing and Implementation of Frequent-Flyer Setup which enables optional frequent-flyer request from customer and supports accumulation of multiple segment information into single provider request. Partial Cancellation Implementation- Worked on full cancellation of Travel-Port (in Java) and Amadeus Ticket Changer (ATC) which fully automates the ticket refund process for partial cancellations of PNR (in Node-JS). This required PNR splitting, preparing refund and remodelling cancellation API module. Net Remit Tour Code- Refactoring booking flow for Amadeus Integration Layer for implementation of Net Remit Tour Code which is configurable over airlines and tour code.(Ongoing) Updating contact details for Airlines- worked on providing contact details of passengers directly to airlines for future communication by sending extra information through OSI, SSR format. This involved handling the latency suffered due to multiple passenger information update at airline end. CICD (Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery) - Automation of integration and testing code simultaneously and continuously creating releasable artefacts using mocha framework along with chai library for flexible and accurate reporting, while mapping uncaught exceptions to the correct test cases.
