Documented and helped refactor Apttus callback class in IBM Gaia Salesforce Platform which handled cart pricing logic to use a factory design pattern, streamlining logic flow of the price configuration engine to ensure reliable product performance for end users. Implemented and unit tested an extension inside of new factory design to process price ramp logic for items in cart to create efficient, modifiable, and understandable code for future developers. Implemented automated end to end test cases for quote to cash engine of Gaia Salesforce platform using Selenium. Test definitions are reusable by other behavior driven test cases, expediting future testing to ensure proper platform function for end users.

Designed and implemented an automated ticket submission program in Java for the Indirect Tax Determination System which submits tickets when the system is down, ensuring reliability for end users. Scanned team’s Java code using Sonarqube, a static code analysis tool, to find vulnerabilities, bugs, code smells, and measure cyclomatic complexity to streamline code review and increase DevOps maturity.
