Buroserv is an Australian wholesale telecommunications aggregator. Mojtaba is working as Software Development Engineer & Head of IT Team. He is leading a team of 4 front and back end Developers. Responsibilities and Projects: - Design, Architecture, and leading of Development of Buroserv network auto provisioning system which handles all types of telecommunications services Buroserv provides to its wholesale and retail customers. - Integration of network auto provisioning system with all tire one telecommunications carriers to automate service provisioning, updates and termination as well as keeping data consistency among all systems. - Design, Architecture, and leading of Development of Buroserv reseller portal to facilitate Buroserv wholesale customer’s day to day operations in addition to all their needs from Buroserv network as well as tire one carriers. Level one troubleshooting has been provided for wholesale customers too. - Design, Architecture, and leading of Development of Buroserv retail customer portal to facilitate all Buroserv brands customers varies from residential customers with only one service as simple as a NBN to enterprise companies which have multiple complex services in Buroserv network to provide them whatever they need and entitled to have access from Buroserv network without having to contact the support team. - A super robust and complex algorithm to Dynamically and/or Statically do the IP allocation to prevent any IP conflict in entire network with auto and manual IP allocation and dis-allocation. Moreover, all IP routing and complex policies can be set at user fingertip using this system without having heavy network knowledge. - Fully customized MPLS (Multi-protocol Label Switching) and VPN (Virtual Private Network) auto provisioning system which allows even Buroserv Level 1 Provisioning officers to create, provide routines, allocate IPs, support, etc. of MPLS or VPN to Buroserv customers without a single point of need of help from Engineering team. - Integration of the Network Provisioning System to Microsoft Dynamics which recently started.

Read Industries is a food industrial company located in Sydney. This company mainly supplies Baby Cereal and Dehydrated ingredients to well-known teams such as Nestle, Heinz and Arnott’s in Australia. Primarily I worked there as a casual worker, after sometimes I offered them to upgrade their malfunctioning website. As they were satisfy with the result of their official website, recently they have suggested me to join their manufacturing management team to redesign and upgrade their HACCP system which is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product. It’s been a while that I am handling software development issues within this project. Responsibilities:  Development test and maintenance of company’s website  Documentation and analysis of the old version of HACCP system which is in use at the time being. Database Design for the new HACCP system  Providing regular updates and feedback the progression of the various activities for the system  Improving efficiency by analyzing, formulating and enhancing day-to-day business processes.
