Joining as an intern in early 2022, I was responsible for conducting analysis, developing comprehensive research plans, conducting research with various complexity and methods, identifying key insights from application testing, and producing detailed reports regarding the applications under investigation. • Collaborative Enhancement of myTelkomsel Application (Challenge for as Internship in Research Hub): Collaborating with two UX research teams and a seasoned UI designer, I played a pivotal role in the analysis and enhancement of the myTelkomsel application. This collaborative effort was marked by a well-structured research strategy, design of mockup prototypes for usability testing, and the facilitation of insightful user interviews. Employing analytical tools such as Miro, I meticulously analyzed research findings and contributed to the formulation of three impactful recommendations. These recommendations encompassed vital aspects including feature refinement, design enhancements, and the optimization of the user journey
