Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Business Unit managers to deliver analysis and reports that align with established KPI goals. • Analyzes actual results against plan and forecasts and identifies opportunities for improvement in product performance and recommends interventions where appropriate • Use big data tools, like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka to make API calls to develop, prepare, and analyze reports accurately with complex analysis and data for management review, and present to various levels of management for better decision making • Research and evaluation of market trends with concrete recommendations for the optimization of the business portfolio and strategy • Act as a key data analyst for management and subject matter expert for data mining, with the ability to provide in-depth knowledge of data workflows, products, business process logic, and data definitions • Work with data scientist in analyzing, designing, and developing business solutions • Extract data from multiple sources using open source tools like Kafka, Apache Airflow, Docker, for storage in Amazon ECS, Cassandra, PostgreSQL and critically visualize using Tableau, Klipfolio, Excel (including pivots, lookups, Power BI) • Define business requirements and provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to increase operational efficiency • Perform feasibility study for new markets and identifies distribution and pricing • Provide reports on management/finance, sales, marketing, logistics/warehouse as part of KPI dashboard. • Analyze, transform, and automate data using SQL
