- Designed and executed extensive feature engineering solutions for hierarchical models focused on modeling yield loss caused by disease. Created a pipeline (utilizing PySpark, Bash, and Python scripting) for iterative feature testing in interconnected models, including outcome analysis and visualization of success metrics. Ensured the enforcement of high coding standards through code reviews and documentation. - Supported an ongoing business venture by conducting Exploratory Data Analyses (EDAs), evaluating performance, and conducting in-depth analysis of both tabular and geospatial data to estimate the impact of experimental layout changes on crop yield differences. Utilized PySpark, SQL, Python scripting, and Jupyter notebooks for this purpose, leveraging R to tackle statistically demanding problems. Effectively communicated actionable insights and results derived from the data collection and analysis process to a diverse range of stakeholders.
