Facilitated work center training for extremism, resiliency, and suicide and sexual assault prevention (SAPR). Managed annual training requirements/records for 134 personnel. Oversaw shop’s safety program, including facility inspections, updated training plans, and sustained personnel industrial health and safety records. Revamped the work center’s training requirements and programs. Led flight’s sponsorship program; welcoming/orientating 35 new personnel to the unit.
