• Worked in an Agile team to deliver functionality (using C#, Javascript, SQL) to enable dealerships to offer the consumer the finest communications experience across voice, messaging and social channels (products: Voice Connect, Smart Telephony, PBX Connect, Message Connect). • Designed, monitored and maintained the architecture of the Services, APPs (Facebook, WhatsApp, SMS) and Integrations on the customer-facing IMIconnect tenant account as well as the Infobip Sandbox. • Supported the DMS development teams of the Autoline DRIVE, Autoline REV8, EVA, CONTACT, AUTOMASTER and ASWIN products with the integration for Voice Connect and Message Connect. I created and maintained the configuration on the Communications Platform for each team and product. • Supported the RTC Automotive Solutions integration with Voice Connect as well as created and maintained the setup on the Communication Platform. • Handled third party systems (Broadsoft, Provisioning, Dubber, IMIconnect, Infobip, Inference, Evolve IP) that interact with internal servers by creating new configurations and maintaining the existing ones. • Researched new modern technologies or third party systems products and looked for ways of integrating them with our products if beneficial (e.g., taking Voice Payments). • Taught newer team members about how to use the products and how to set them up.

• Created a portal (using ReactJS and MongoDB) which enabled the company to install our main product to new customers more easily, quickly and accurately • Significantly improved the installation time (60% quicker) by streamlining the set-up and automating the configuration. Furthermore, it reduced the need for multiple customer visits, hundreds of spreadsheets and it provided a seamless customer experience • Worked on a conversion portal (using ReactJS and MongoDB) and delivered an easy approach to new customers to migrate their database to our systems without our direct involvement. Also implemented a price generator for the different bundles our product offered • Worked in an Agile team to deliver features (using KCML) for the International Accounts (Finance solutions) side of the business (International Assignment – Madrid, Spain)
