• Coached teams of 7-10 engineers as they work through the Lambda School curriculum. • Guided students through project requirements and facilitated problem solving through pair programming and debugging sessions. • Lead daily stand-up meetings and performed one on one code reviews of student projects, giving them tips/tricks and showing them ways they can keep their code DRY. • Oversaw Full-stack projects from start to finish as a Project Lead for 'build weeks', coordinating teams of 7 students to efficiently work together and communicate effectively • Conducted weekly pair-programming sessions for students to encourage collaboration
