From an idea into a working product in 6 months! Tailor-made CRM application has been crafted & delivered to the Montréal, Canada based telecommunication group. The contributions that I add are highlighted on below: • Gathered the requirement from the business partners through on-site meetings, • Listened every partner carefully to better understand the needs and elicit requirements, • Drew wire-frames of UX, flow diagrams to explain it well in documentation, • Got approval of the Software Requirement Specification (SRS) along with RTM, • Conducted the technical analysis meeting with the software architects, • Coordinated with the external shareholders (billing&payment, middleware, DWH, WHM), • Instructed the testing team to create realistic test scenarios, • Composed structured Epic, Story, Backlog Item records on Jira for the development team, • Presented the development phase to the business through biweekly meetings, • Survived alive on the UAT phase before GO decision has been announced, • Training has been given to the Customer Sales Representatives, • Delivered on scheduled time.
