Holger very successfully transformed multiple projects from a classical project management method to Scrum. He is now continuously improving some of the projects' success as Scrum Master. He is an evangelist for agile methodologies and DevOps principles and helps current and future projects to adopt those methods. His main focus is on Scrum, OOA/D, DevOps, C++ and Java Throughout his career, Holger worked on the whole life cycle of software projects. This includes proposal creation, requirements engineering, software design, implementation and integration, testing and validation, deployment and maintenance. He created a software life cycle process for large-scale European project. As integration manager he supervised the development of a drone detection system. He implemented large parts of software products for customers (among others: drone detection system, ESOC's ESTRACK Planning System, de-icing planning system for a Swedish airport operator, etc.) and worked as mathematical expert for the Sentinel 2 project (GMES). This required very good software engineering skills as well as a high amount of mathematical and algorithmical knowledge.
