  • Development Team Leader

    Intelligent Voice•  July 2021 - July 2023•  London

I’ve step into this role as a natural progress of my career being one of the oldest developers on the project with the most knowledge and experience about the code and the company. With the few new hirings I could have my team to skill and grow, introducing agile methodologies such the use of Kanban boards and Sprints, promoting flow charts and documentation on Confluence. Covid put me on a real test as the company has never worked fully remote and I proudly maintained the team and the project going with a lot of effort and zoom meetings.
