Project: "Embedded system of measurement nodes for precision agricultural developments". The development consists of a measurement station for agronomic variables, based on a low power consumption microcontroller. It is responsible for the acquisition, storage, and wireless transmission of various agricultural variables (soil moisture, temperature, and electrical conductivity; humidity and ambient temperature, irrigation flow, and pressure, among others) from different sensors used in precision agriculture. The information is transferred to a Gateway that concentrates the data and coordinates the communication with more field stations to finally be sent to a web server and stored in a relational database. In addition, we developed a desktop application in C++ using the Qt framework, which allows configuring the equipment to start using it.
