I have been exposed to different types of terminal operations including, container, car, bulk and break- bulk terminals. Summary: As a graduate holding a Degree in Computer Engineering, I have had an opportunity to design a website for Transnet Truck Booking system as part of BCP, and part of Navis Truck Booking Project. •Carried Out Navis Booking System testing on Navis (QA) •Created a document called 24-hour volume forecast used for allocating slots at DCT(Pier1). •Carried out training of other booking assistance personnel. •Built a website for BCP purposes and other relevant uses (JavaScript, CSS, HTML and PHP) •Design of SOAP/REST API projects through business user stories. •Design test cases and test scenarios for new and existing feature. •Configuration (on SQL Developer database and Oracle Server) of new feature and troubleshooting. • Carried out financial and operational investigation at Maydon Wharf terminal, and formulated a business case • Compiling KPI reports for Durban Container Terminal.
