As a co-founder and passionate member of the team at Emux Technologies, I was a key component in the success of Emux Technologies. Emux technologies created some fantastic projects in its 2 years, namely the contract tracing app featured in the eastern daily press newspaper.

Robotica Machine Learning•  June 2021 - July 2021

For 3 weeks over the summer I was lucky enough to work alongside some of the great minds at Robotica ML. Over my 3 weeks of experience, I was able to record some motion-captured sign language for TV shows and to fill up Robotica's general database for sign language. Later during my Work experience, I was able to help write code that found, ranked, and returned the optimal synonym for words that needed translating into Cued speech, sign language, etc that were however not yet in the dictionary of words translated into cued speech, etc. This made almost every single word in the English language 'translatable' and thus almost all text files signable. During the last week of my experience, I extended the usage of Robotica's cued speech, IPA, and sign language machine translation to allow for the french language to be translated into non-verbal languages. This was a great experience and it taught me lots about the importance of test-driven development when working in a team
