Designed data pipelines and workflows to analyze gene expression and LC-MS data, for data extraction and transformation related to plant stress modeling. Developed tools for metabolic modeling (FASTCORE) and managed large-scale data integration projects. Applied statistical analysis and machine learning to RNA-seq and single-cell RNASeq data for drug prediction, improving prediction accuracy by 30% and decreasing running time by 6000-fold.
