• Expanded the customer base of the application by 50% by implementing new features in the application using React Native, Google Firebase, JavaScript, TypeScript, and other Google Cloud Platform Services. • Designed and implemented automated screen generation for the application based on user configuration from the admin panel, which increased the application’s scalability. • Programmed a back-end system that enabled admins to seamlessly manage user information and reduce their dependency on the development team. • Identified and resolved edge case scenarios in the application that helped in improving the customer retention rate and ensured smooth usage of the application.
