Collected data in various forms like Excel sheets, Google sheets etc. Processed all the data into MySQL for data sorting and transforming the unstructured data into the structured data. By using Pandas library created DataFrames and Series for Data manipulation. Handled missing values by dropping the NaN (null) data, filling with mean values, using the SimpleImputer function, and filling using Logistic Regression and KNN models. Performed all the EDA(Exploratory Data Analysis) techniques before Data Visualization by using Python libraries like Seaborn, Matplotlib,Plotly. Prepare and present the detailed Visualizations, Reports, impressive Dashboards by using Tableau BI software. Provided insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR practices. Developed predictive and forecasting machine learning models, and implemented exponential smoothing models in Tableau. Developed time-series models like ARIMA, SARIMA, Exponential Smoothing as these models perform best in forecasting the timeseries and realtime data. Updating the models and developing the new models with new parameters as the data getting updated on real time basis. Based on the Forecast & Predictive models submitted a report on HR trends and outcomes, such as employee retention, hiring needs, and workforce planning. Supported strategic HR planning by using advanced data analytics and predictive or forecasting models and techniques.

Data Science Intern

Completed Data science course from Excel R solutions, Bengaluru along with 10 months of Internship. Completed 3 Industry relevant projects from AI Variant and deployed by using streamlit cloud. The Projects completed: 1. Water Potability Prediction 2. Resume Classification 3. CO2 Emission Forecast. Done some personal projects available on Kaggle.com and posted them in GitHub. Example: Stock price prediction, Speech recognition, Sentiment Analysis, Tweets analysis, water potability prediction, HDI analysis, Wine Quality Prediction.
