Researched, designed, and implemented a solution to improve customer experience for the AWS DeepRacer web application. Modified cloud service APIs and models, DynamoDB data access objects, workflow AWS Lambda functions, and created front-end React components. Added custom data types, modified the Redux app store, and updated the front-end API to efficiently fetch and parse data from Amazon S3. Leveraged the Jest and Mockito frameworks for unit testing.

Supervised a team of 12 calibration technicians to ensure production goals and customer contractual obligations were met. Developed new calibration processes to improve accuracy, turnaround time, and expand laboratory capabilities. Operated and developed verification profiles for SureCal, LabView, and National Instruments automated testing systems, enabling technician multitasking and improving calibration efficiency. Trained technicians in multiple disciplines and protocols to ensure consistent output across all laboratories. Triaged workload for a portfolio of 500+ clients and assigned daily technician priority task reports, leading to an improvement in turn-around time and customer satisfaction.

Calibrated, troubleshot, and repaired general electronic, radio frequency, fiber optic, and ultraviolet precision measurement devices to ensure they met manufacturer specifications and NIST standards. Conducted daily quality control audits and annual reviews of existing processes to ensure compliance with established quality control procedures.
