QA Architect responsible for handling COTS(Commercial of the shelf) product implementation projects from a QA perspeective leveraging white box and automation testing techniques(Both UI and webservices). Currently handling a distributed team(Chennai , Kolkata and UK) for an UK based breakdown service provider . My current responsibilities are >Test Strategy development from an end-to-end workflow involving different testing types >Estimation , delivery management , resolving technical challenges from an automation testing perspective and automation Return-On-Investment calculation >At the end of each release I am responsible for preparing Root Cause Analysis documents along with test summary report > Apart from my current assignment, in last 8 years at Cognizant , I have extensively worked with customers from USA and Asiapc region > Along with my delivery work , have also worked QA solution development for Pega cloud mirgration. Currently working on a portla implementyation leveraging HTML , CSS and Javscript to assist customers in onpremise to cloud migration > Have extensively worked on RFP , RFIs and customer presentations
