Implemented a linear regression model using Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib to assess the accuracy of employee burn rates by using the existing dataset, where burn rates were provided for each employee based on various factors like workload, job satisfaction, and mental fatigue and more. Generated actionable insights from the model to help management identify employees at risk of high burn rates, allowing for timely interventions and strategies to improve employee well-being and productivity.
