Developed and analyzed Machine Learning approaches for classifying proteins by using supervised approaches. Retrieved the different data, cleaned and transformed them using python tools. I was able to classify the ligands (agonist/antagonist) of 17 proteins with a Balanced Accuracy of close to 100%. The lowest was around 75% but with the DNN approach, I was able to surpass the 85% threshold.
