• Resolve programming questions for customers one-on-one in a mentorship/training role. • Build solutions for customers needing development work rather than training. • Developed check-in/check out system in PHP and JavaScript with no prior knowledge of required libraries in under 11 hours. • Integrated Twilio Voice and JotForm into a FileMaker solution using custom webhooks written in PHP and building user interfaces in JavaScript. • Developed a server-less Twilio Messaging integration in FileMaker. • Programmed an AWS SDK and sample files for FileMaker, which has no official Amazon library. • Mentored junior engineers in FileMaker and administrative processes. • Produced training documents to help engineers with more complex administrative tasks.
