Bootstrapping and leading the team towards MuleSoft next-gen IDE that leverages the latest web & cloud (AWS) and tooling technologies. Guiding the engineering team owning the most popular data loader for Salesforce (Dataloader.io) with thousands of customers and millions of transactions & records. Manager @ Medallia’s Integrations team. Reporting to VP of Engineering. Lead the people in charge of the Inbound & Outbound core platform, processing from thousands of records a day to millions by customer - single and multi tenant - based on Medallia own datacenters and AWS GovCloud. Together we built and grew the team to also include Medallia's Tableau Connector, Salesforce Managed App and Speech API. . Kept the team on track to meet project and operations objectives using Agile Methodologies (Scrum & Kanban) Partnered with Product Management, Tech Support, Solution Architects and Cloud Services to manage high performance workloads running validation, transformation and data enrichment pipelines for Medallia's enterprise customers.
