As a tech lead I was responsible for critical technical direction of our projects, involving architectural decisions, and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, such as new frameworks, libraries, and development methodologies. I was responsible for ensuring the team's performance providing an environment where they could be in constant technical evolution. Additionally, I took on the responsibility of constantly improving our cloud infrastructure, leveraging new AWS services to optimize and simplify our systems. Outcome: I spearheaded the adoption of Python, Docker, AWS Lambda and other multiple AWS services, leveraging the power of serverless to optimize resource utilization and enable building some critical microservices that seamlessly scaled our applications. I advocated for Test-Driven Development (TDD) and code quality as a core principle in our software development process, leading that every new feature implemented by our team followed both TDD best practices and code standards.
