Developed the ‘Patient Help Desk Assistance’ using Llama 3.1, Hugging Face Transformers, Langchain, Vector DB, Groq API. Created a RAG pipeline to help users with claim denials by providing solutions and insurance policy information through AI assistance, improving support efficiency and customer satisfaction.
