Performing on Global Support Delivery team as Primary Support Engineer, in PeopleSoft FSCM modules, reporting directly to US East Coast Regional Manager and to Director of North America, Global Oracle Applications Support. In periodic on-call shifts, attending worldwide P1 and P2 cases, opened throughout the weekend, with high SLA (10 and 15 minutes). In the daily routine, attending cases with SLA from P1 to P4. Remote access to customer environment for analysis, and eventual Peoplecode, SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL and SQR adjustments. Documentation of tuning projects in client's development environment.
